Question 1

What’s the difference between Traditional and 360?

Accepted Answer

Traditional is built around polished still photos, easy digital sharing, and optional on-site printing. The 360 booth is a video-first experience: guests step onto the platform while the camera moves around them to create a share-ready motion moment.

Question 2

Is printing included with the Traditional booth?

Accepted Answer

Printing is available as an optional Traditional Photo Booth upgrade for an additional fee. Tell us you’re interested in prints and we’ll include the format and pricing in your custom quote.

Question 3

Can we book both booth experiences?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you want still photos and prints alongside 360 video energy, select “Both booths” in the inquiry. We’ll shape a combined plan around your event, venue, and guest flow.

Question 4

Which booth is better for our event?

Accepted Answer

Choose Traditional for classic group photos, a familiar drop-in guest flow, and the option to add physical prints. Choose 360 when movement, video, and a showpiece moment matter most. If both sound right, we can help plan a combined experience.

Question 5

Can either booth be customized for a brand or theme?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Custom visual direction can include overlays, backdrops, event styling, and activation details. The exact scope is shaped around your event and included in the quote.

Question 6

What happens after we inquire?

Accepted Answer

You’ll receive a no-pressure response that clarifies booth availability, package direction, optional enhancements, and the details needed for a custom quote. Tulip aims to respond to inquiries within 12 hours.
