How far in advance should I book a photo booth?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for peak season (May–October). Popular dates fill up quickly! You can check real-time availability on our booking page.

What is the deposit and cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event. Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable, but we're happy to reschedule.

What is included in the photo booth setup and breakdown?

Everything! Our team arrives 60–90 minutes before your event to set up and stays through the end for breakdown. All equipment, backdrops, props, and a dedicated attendant are included in every package.

How much space do the photo booths require?

Accepted Answer

The stationary booth needs approximately 10×10 feet. The 360° booth requires a 12×12 foot area with 8-foot ceiling clearance. We'll work with your venue to find the perfect spot.

Can I customize the photo overlays and branding?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! All packages include a custom digital overlay. Premium packages include fully branded templates. Just send us your logo and color scheme and we'll create something beautiful.

Question 6

Do you travel outside of Nashville for photo booth rentals?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We serve the greater Nashville area including Brentwood, Franklin, Murfreesboro, and beyond. Travel fees may apply for events more than 30 miles from Nashville. Contact us for a custom quote.

Question 7

How do guests receive their photos and videos from the photo booth?

Accepted Answer

Guests can receive their media instantly via text message, email, or QR code scan. All photos and videos are also stored in a private online gallery that you can share with all your guests after the event.

Question 8

Is the 360° photo booth safe for all ages?

Accepted Answer

Yes! The 360° platform has a non-slip surface and our attendant is always present to assist guests. The arm moves slowly and safely. We've had guests from age 5 to 95 enjoy it!
