When you submit a booking or contact form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, event date, venue name, event type, guest count, and any special requests or notes you include. If you complete a payment, your payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or expiration date.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on pages. This information is used solely for analytics and improving our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process and confirm your booking and deposit payment
  • Send booking confirmation, reminder, and invoice emails
  • Respond to your inquiries submitted through our contact form
  • Send post-event follow-up communications such as tip requests or thank-you messages
  • Generate a referral link so you can share our service with friends (if you choose to use it)
  • Improve our website, services, and marketing based on aggregated usage data

4. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses session cookies strictly necessary for authentication and booking flow functionality (e.g., keeping you logged in during a session). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; however, some features of the booking process may not function correctly without them.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records, including your contact information and payment references, for a minimum of three (3) years from your event date for accounting, tax, and dispute resolution purposes. Contact form submissions are retained for twelve (12) months. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7), subject to our legal retention obligations.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption for all data in transit, hashed session tokens, and access controls limiting who can view booking data. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request that we delete your personal information, subject to our legal retention obligations.
  • Opt-out of marketing: Unsubscribe from any marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
  • Data portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your booking data.
